The Indonesian Government Scholarship, called Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia
(BPI), is a prestigious national scholarship funded by the Ministry of Education,
Culture, Research, and Technology in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. It is one of Indonesia’s flagship scholarship schemes, designed to develop future academic leaders. The scheme provides full funding for degree programs, ranging from undergraduate to doctoral levels, at leading universities in Indonesia and abroad. It is primarily aimed at lecturers, teachers, cultural practitioners, and high-achieving students.
CoDE Lab PhD student, Nurul Rusyda, is funded by this scholarship to pursue her postgraduate studies in the UK. The award provides comprehensive financial support for her studies and academic development. The overall aim is to strengthen the quality, capacity, and international networks of Indonesian higher education.
